Photograph the details, not the rooms

Nobody has ever booked a holiday because of a wide angle photograph of an empty bed.

Photograph the details, not the rooms

Wide shots are necessary. They are not persuasive. They confirm a room exists at roughly the size advertised.

What persuades is texture. Light through a shutter. A chipped cup that has clearly been in the family for years. The specific green of the tiles in the bathroom.

A shot list weighted sixty percent toward detail will outperform a full property survey every time, and it costs the same day of shooting.
