The challenge
The villa had extraordinary photography and a premium position, but no digital presence that matched the calibre of the property or made booking feel effortless.
What we did
A bespoke website built around the hero imagery and the guest journey, with clear availability, enquiry flow and a tone that feels personal rather than institutional.
Hamilton House is a private beachfront villa on Hamilton Island where the Coral Sea meets the Whitsundays. The property needed a website that felt as considered as the architecture — quiet, confident and immediately persuasive.
We designed an editorial single-page experience around the hero view: large photography, generous space, clear calls to book, and copy that sells the feeling of waking up above the reef rather than listing room features.
The result is a site that behaves like a luxury publication. It loads fast, works beautifully on mobile, and guides guests straight from first impression to reservation enquiry.
